LE BLANC-LIMOGES is Marie-Josée and Jacinthe. L'ACADÉMIE SUPÉRIEURE was born from the meeting of these two great enthusiasts on the set of the TV show “Bye-Bye Maison!” What do they have in common? The desire to bring the “HOME STAGING specialist profession to its highest level.

Both have amassed qualifications, a wealth of experience and an expertise that they wish to share and make available to you.

Jacinthe Limoges, interior designer for the last ten years, is a certified HOME STAGING specialist, as is Marie-Josée Leblanc. Together they have an impressive number of “stagings” under their belt.

Both are very active in the real estate business. Jacinthe, specialist on the set of BYE-BYE MAISON! during the 2007 and 2008 broadcast seasons, experienced HOME STAGING guest speaker and highly skilled trainer, is known and valued throughout the province. As for Marie-Josée, apart from being an excellent communicator, she has worked for 15 years as an advertising director and producer for the popular summer series MAISON DE RÊVE of the “Les Ailes de la mode” foundation, among others, and this for four consecutive seasons. Obviously these like-minded women saw this as an omen!

Professional training in HOME STAGING
You would like to acquire the necessary knowledge allowing you to become a certified HOME STAGING specialist? We offer you a full 4-day training during which you will learn the HOME STAGING basics, the creation of atmosphere through colour, lighting and the use of accessories, room ergonomics, the psychology of the buyer, recruiting clients, different services, the ABCs of a successful career, the required investment, the way to develop a partnership with real estate agents, and much more!

You will also learn to create decors with the help of accessories in order to create the desired effect, maximize space and use existing elements.

Two days of theory followed by a day of practical work will prepare you for the fourth day, where we will put your newly acquired knowledge to use by HOME STAGING a property available on the real estate market.
